This event is FREE to attend.

Transportation & Parking

  • We encourage sustainable transportation options such as bike, carpooling, rideshare services, public transit with High Valley Transit or Park City Transit, and the Summit Bike Share program.
  • Parking at Canyons Village surface lots (Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4)  will be restricted to vehicles with 4+ occupants. 
  • Complimentary bike parking is available on High Mountain Rd between Westgate Park City and Pendry Park City along the walkway. No bikes will be allowed in the event venue.
  • Additional shuttles will be running from Ecker Hill Park & Ride, Park City Community Church, the Winter Sports School, Parley’s Park Elementary and Mountain Village. Shuttles will drop off Forum Fest attendees at the Grand Summit near the Forum. 
    • Shuttle hours below by day:
      • July 2nd – 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
      • July 3rd & 4th  – 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM

PARKING INFORMATION
Paid Parking will be available on-site.

Cabriolet Parking Lot:
$25 per vehicle Carpool – Four or more people per vehicle, complimentary.

Upper Preferred Parking Lot:
$35 per vehicle

We encourage the use of sustainable transportation, so please consider alternative options such as carpooling, public transit with High Valley Transit or Park City Transit, as well as the Summit County/Park City e-bike share program

Bike Valet:
There will be a complimentary bike valet in the Cabriolet Parking Lot and a paid bike valet in the Upper Preferred Parking Lot for $10 per bike. NOTE: No bikes will be allowed in the Event Venue.

A portion of all parking and bike valet fees will be donated to our local non-profit partners.

Additional offsite parking with free public transportation access is available at the Ecker Hill Park & Ride transit stop (via the Jeremy Ranch exit off I-80)

Event Hours for Frostwood Gondola*:

July 2nd: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
July 3rd and 4th: 1:00 – 11:00pm

*Complimentary to ride. Hours subject to change.
